  • We will email your download link, or mail your DVD 2-5 weeks after your trip.
• Ordered a video and you still haven’t received it 5 weeks after your trip? Please email us the following information:
  • Date and time of your trip
  • Whether you ordered a DVD or a HD download video.
  • Your name and mailing address (if you ordered a DVD)
